CHALLENGE
WORKOUTS
Complete 2 challenge workouts every week. I will be adding the 2 x 30 minute weekly workouts to the website exclusive for challenge participants weekly. Submit a photo of the workout or a screenshot of your tracking device if you have one as evidence.
Record your workouts on your challenge sheet (available from the Studio or you can download and print)

You can submit evidence via email or you can message on messenger or post on the Facebook Challenge Group.
Workout
extra choices
Each week complete at least 2 additional workouts of your choosing. This can be any of the Yoga & Pilates classes with me at the Studio - or any other exercises - such as running, walking, cycling, a gym session or other exercise classes.

Each workout must be at least 30 minutes long.
Again submit evidence upon completion.
The challenge is personal to you - if you want to do extra workouts that's great - I will keep a log of evertything you submit.
SUPPORT
Keep motivated!
Upon signing up to the challenge you will be added to the Foxy Yoga & Pilates Facebook Challenge Group - this group is exclusive to challenge members - we will be able to support each other throughout the month - post your workout success and keep motivated to maintain a healthy nutritional diet whilst completing the challenge.

I will also be there to support you throughout the challenge - keep me posted on what you are up to!
