All classes must be pre-booked - spaces are limited to ensure everyone is evenly spaced out!

Please ensure that if you book a place - you turn up for class. There are limited class numbers so please don't reserve a space and not use it.

Individual classes are £8 per person.

8 class passes can be purchased online for £45 and can be used for any of the classes over a 3 month period! Saving approx £2.40 per class!

All equipment is provided - you can always bring your own mat if you prefer 👌🏻
